Roadmap

The roadmap — the single source of open work, with priorities and acceptance criteria — is maintained in TODO.md at the repository root. It is the only place with open tasks: reference documentation describes what is, while the roadmap describes what is not yet done.

It is deliberately kept in one file rather than duplicated here, so it cannot drift out of sync. The current build status is summarized in that file's "Status snapshot" section.

Why it isn't embedded here

TODO.md links extensively to source files (adapta/…) and other repository documents. Rendering it inside this site would either break those links or require duplicating the file — both of which defeat the single-source principle. Linking to the canonical file keeps one authoritative copy.
